[Pkg-iscsi-maintainers] Bug#605470: open-iscsi init script doesn't mount lvm based filesystems

Hello,

the init script /etc/init.d/open-iscsi does not rescan for LVM based
filesystems before mounting, therefore these filesystems are not mounted
after system startup.
