[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Result of ISO 3166 UN list

Hi,

as suggested in bug #261184, I've compared the UN list of country names
(ISO 3166) with our current XML file. The result is attached.

I think we should apply the Italian part of the patch; I'm not sure about 
the rest. Comments are welcome.
