Well, only the iso_3166 list is listed in D-I as this is the only data
used by D-I.

Anyway, whether you update it in the TP or through the Debian BTS, it
doesn't matter: Debian maintainers are upstream for iso-codes.

"Areas" indeed ; Thnaks for reporting. There are still many many other
errors, probably, in our ISO_3166_2 list

Well, indeed some region names use accents, yes (France!). So I think we could
go ahead with using accents for regions from Vietnam

However, I'm not very comfortable with copy/paste for Vietnamese
characters and we must update the source XML file. Would you mind
updating the names of VN-* regions in the attached file and send it
back to us?
