[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Tagging "historical" entries in the PO files for ISO_3166 ( and others? )

Upon further investigation, I found out that we use those historic entries 
only for ISO 3166 and ISO 4217. All other files do not include historic 
entries.

This leads me to the question: Do we need to provide those entries? If not, 
maybe we should just discard them. And if we do, it seems to me that maybe 
we're better off by separating them into another XML file, so that 
translators can choose to concentrate first on the current entries -- and 
only translate the obsolete entries if they have the manpower to do so.
