[Pkg-isocodes-devel] New Russian PO file for 'iso_3166' (version 1.4)

Guys, we currently have a complete translation for iso_3166 in
Debian's SVN, by Yuri Kozlov (ru.po). However, this file just got updated by
Alexander Sigachov in the TP (ru.po.1).

Both are complete, but a diff shows that there are differences.

Which one should be used ? From what I can read and the remainings of
my Russian classes, I feel like Alexander one is closer to the
original strings.

However, there are also quite potentially controversial differences:

 #. name for BLR
 msgid "Belarus"
-msgstr "Беларусь"
+msgstr "Белоруссия"

....which I'd like to sort out before committing.

Could you please comment ?

PS: similar differences are in ISO_639 and ISO_4217. Maybe less
potentially controversial..:-)
