For iso_15925 and iso_3166_2 a bunch of files with almost zero 
translations are no longer packaged.  In a moment I'll remove those 
same files from the TP, so you don't reimport them when using 
rsync.

The zh_TW.po file for iso_4217 has not been packaged, although it 
contains a few translations that might be useful.

For iso_3166 the tarball contains about a dozen files that are more 
recent than the ones at the TP.  After announcing the new POTs I'll 
import those files into the TP archives, but this will be the last 
time that I do this.
