Hm, unfortunately, the file is from version 0.19 and did not get an
update via msgmerge, it seems. The file has currently the following
state:

$ msgfmt -cv -o /dev/null zh_TW.po
12 translated messages, 146 untranslated messages.

After doing a msgmerge, I get the following:

$ msgfmt -cv -o /dev/null zh_TW.po
0 translated messages, 26 fuzzy translations, 248 untranslated messages.

Maybe it should be removed as well? As a side note, how could it happen
that there were no updates with msgmerge?
