[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Dutch translation for ISO-3166-2

Congratulations.

Dutch is apparently the second language to be complete for that giant
file (after Vietnamese).

As the lazy French translator, I'm admirative...:)

PS: actually, the file has 1f2u when I resync it with our SVN but
that's mostly because of changes we made after we put the file on the
TP server. Indeed, if you prefer to get SVN access to better sync, we
can open it for you easily.
