Hello,

I am LI Daobing, and I have got an account on TP's machine. I will maintain
the iso-codes issues for TP.

firstly, I don't think it's a good idea to remove iso-codes from TP (that's
why I join TP, :) ). iso-codes should not be a Debian-only software, even it
should not be a linux-only software. so it's not proper to keep only one way
to update translation and report bug. and the Debian bug tracking system,
the only way, is hard to use to the user who do not use Debian. (the tracker
in alioth is another way, but few people use it).

OK, now I have account on both iso-codes and TP, and I think I can take over
the issues between TP and iso-codes. I hope I can get bless from you.
thanks.

Here is my proposed process for iso-codes and TP

* I will update the data in TP once iso-codes have released a new version, I
have subscribed on http://packages.qa.debian.org/i/iso-codes.html, so I can
got a mail if you upload a new version.
* I will commit the new translation to iso-codes if a translator in TP
update this translation.
* I will persuade the user who submit translation by Debian BTS to use the
TP system. but if they insist on Debian BTS, it will also be OK.

It will be great if you make a prerelease tarball and announce it at one
week before the upload. Especially when the iso-3166.pot is updated. Most of
the translation tem can send the updated translation in one week.

if you have any suggestion, please send me a reply, thanks.
