Hi,

first of all thank you for your effort to keep iso-codes on TP. I hope we can 
find a workflow which suits all of us.

Regarding the above mentioned matrix, I think that having such a file would be 
a good idea. Are you planning to upload "external" translations to the TP, 
i.e. if a translator uses the Debian BTS, will you sync the TP with that 
translation? If I understand correctly, another option would be to mark that 
translation as external.

Please do not start yet sync'ing the .po files from iso-codes to the TP. I 
would very much like to use this opportunity to clean up our .po files first, 
because some of them collected quite some dust during the last years. If we 
want to have a fresh start, lets start with fresh files. ;-)
