At first glance, the former file had some (quite few, but still)
translations:

#. name for afr, af
msgid "Afrikaans"
msgstr "Африкаанс"

#. name for sqi, sq
msgid "Albanian"
msgstr "Албански"

And even:
#. name for bul, bg
msgid "Bulgarian"
msgstr "Български"

Sure. Most come from fuzzy matching, which is useless in iso-codes.

But, still, as the previous file did contain a few apparently correct
translations (provided that my limited ability to read and understand
Bulgarian is enough), I think that the previous copyright should be
kept....which, of course, does not prevent using your translation.

I haven't looked at what Daobing committed. Maybe this is what he did..:-)

Alastair's copyright can be dropped: Alastair never translated to
Bulgarian and I think that having his name here is a remnant of having
his name in all iso-codes translations that had no real maintainer.
