GR-14   Ileia
GR-53   Imathia
GR-33   Ioannina
GR-43   Magnisia
GR-72   Xanthi

But in iso-codes they are as follows

GR-14   Aleia
GR-53   Amathia
GR-33   Aoannina
GR-43   Magnisias
GR-72   Janthi

Can this be corrected (patch attached)?
