[Pkg-isocodes-devel] New Ukrainian PO file for 'iso_15924' (version 3.14)

Hello,

the copyright holder of this file is Yuri Chornoivan, but the last
traslator is Andriy Rysin,

do you miss add  Andriy Rysin to the copyright holder?
