[Pkg-isocodes-devel] New Ukrainian PO file for 'iso_15924' (version 3.14)

Hi LI
the translator for this file is Yuri, I just had to add myself as a last
translator for the robot to accept it as Yuri is not in the Ukrainian TP
team list.
