[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Tamil iso-639 PO file has en_ZA info in headers

In the Translation Project, at least for this one. Which is why I
CC'ed the translators. Only them can update their translation in the
TP. We can of course modify the PO file headers in our git, but as
soon as the file is resynced with the TP, then these headers will be
back again.
