[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Obsolete countries - alpha 2 codes

Hello,

And in that case, should the alpha 2 codes be added to such file?
Is there any way I can help? Is this information being manually 
extracted from the standard and can it be used freely? I believe I can 
get my hands on a copy if that's the case.
