Hi,

if I understand the ISO webpage correctly, there is no longer a
two-letter code, because it has been retracted. Therefore, I would not
add it to the XML file.

Please note, however, that the first two letters of the alpha-4 code are
the letters of the former two-letter code. So if you absolutely need
those two letters, you can extract them from the four letter code.
