[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Update ISO 15924

Hi all,

ISO 15924 needs updating. According to
http://www.unicode.org/iso15924/codechanges.html and
http://www.unicode.org/iso15924/iso15924-codes.html at least codes 302
and 324 should be in our latest version.

How is 15924 in isocodes? If there is no download and parse script I am
willing to create them.
