[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Suspected typos in iso_3166_2

Hi,
when I reviewed the Swedish translation for iso_3166_2 i saw two
msgid-strings that seemed suspicious to me.

>msgid "Negroe Occidental"

This looks like it should really be "Negros Occidental", seeing that the
next string is "Negros Oriental" and looking at for example
http://www.negros-occ.gov.ph/


>#. name for LA-XN
>msgid "Xiasômboun"

Here I can't say for certain, but the spelling order "Xaisômboun" seems
much more common, while many search results where it is spelled with
"ia" are related to this package.
