[Pkg-isocodes-devel] Remove iso-codes from TP

Evn though I'm no longer active in maintaining iso-codes, I'm still
subcribed to its devel mailing list and I saw the previous request by
Tobias.

I hereby confirm that he is the only real maintainer of iso-codes for
quite a few years now.
