jed: remove dos*

With dosemu or in case someone has the font and setup for dos codepages and
dos-encoded files lying around, maybe. Rare but not impossible.

I favour providing jed with as few Debian specific patches as possible.
What do we gain if we exclude them? Will packing jed become easier or
more complicated?
