build dependencies for jed

Hi,

today, I saw xlibs-dev is in oldlibs, which means it is deprecated. So I
took a look onto the build dependencies of jed and I saw xlibs-dev was
there.

I changed them to x-dev, libxft-dev and libxt-dev, because theses
packages contain files we need for build. I don't know, if we need to
include x-dev in this list, because the others depends on it.

Does someone know, why we need perl at build-time? And why
libfreetype6-dev was there?
