Fail to install current jed-extra

I deeply regret I removed the CURRENTLY BROKEN line from the changelog. This
was not meant to signal a "no longer broken" but simply my indication that
everyone should know by now that it is broken. -- Hence I reintroduced it.

Fine. Still there are some modes missing because they come from source
locations. Especially problematic are Paul's "releases" where there is no
canonical non-interactive download available. (A separate mail
regarding this issue will follow.)

Still, knowing you are stepping in now, I will have to make my intentions
more clear and document my steps better.
