Release 0.99.18 to unstable and new 0.99.19

Hey people,

after we decided to drop the conflict on jed-extra we can release the jed
packages to unstable. What about Friday?

I would like to fork the current jed tree and create a branch for the new
development version of jed. Where should I place it? In
/branch/jed/0.99.19?

I've noticed in some other projects a different reposity structure and
found it in The SVN book[1]. Do we want to reorganize the subversion tree
following the proposal in the SVN book?
