Status of jed info files

If you have not contacted John yet, I could do it.  I just noticed a series
of files that are lacking copyright notice and licensing conditions:

    src/colors.h
    src/config.h
    src/dfasyntx.c
    src/dfasyntx.h
    src/jedlimit.h
    src/menu.h
    src/sysconf.h
    src/win32.h
    doc/manual/jed.tex
    lib/*.sl

Unless you are faster than me, I will write to John later today about this
issue.
