Slow down my pace of uploads

Do we have a choice? I think no, if we will somewhen upload the version
from experimental to unstable we must use the epoch. And I would also
suggest to use the epoch to stay consistend—not unstable with and
experimental without.

Can we somewhen drop the epoch? Is this possible?
