Okay, I did the changes in SVN.  Please, review them.

Yes, it is possible but not very easy.  In order to do that the pacakge must
be removed first from the unstable distribution.  Only the ftp-masters have
the power to do that.  This happens because the installer program (called
dinstall) refuses to include a package in a distribution where a higher
version already exists.

In any case, request for removal from unstable have to be well substantiated
(package with critical bugs, or abandoned upstream, or unsuitable for
distributing in Debian, etc.) Just asking them to remove the package in
order to fix the epoch number won't work, I think.
