at least since jed 0.99.19 when require(), evalfile() and autoload() (?) use
the slang-load-path.

I suppose the same code is used in jed < 0.99.19 for the jed-library-path
but I agree that there is no need to fix this minor bug as (hopefully) jed
0.999.19 will come out soon.

Which order: 
  report to upstream, reassign (with upstream contacted tag already set)
or 
  reassign and let the libslang maintainer contact John.
