Bug#482490: wrong error msg when file not found in jed library dir

I don't consider this as the bug, but the message.

You should talk to John and if he doesn't react within ten day, reassign
this bug to libslang. If he fixes this immediately in S‐Lang, you should
close the bug report with a comment and mention that it doesn't belong to
jed.
