Yes, that is true, please wait with uploads (which should happen rather
soon) of dpkg and install-info.

Anyway, after inclusion of install-info and texinfo from experimental to
unstable it will still work since we ship an install-info wrapper.

Raphael, any time line? Should we upload in parallel?
