Yes, I've did it and I've removed other stuff of old upgrades. I've
prepared a new version in the git branch jo-0.99.19. If you do not
object, I'll upload this version to unstable at friday. I'll push this
branch as the new master branch to the git repository and will remove the
0.99.19 branch.

Do you have any comments or hints the patches in this branch?
