    import a copy of the kdedoxyqt.sh scripty from kde's svn
    
    imported from the trunk version of the kdesdk module, as only this version can allow specifying the project name and version for each run

    add some pieces of the first version of kdeapi packaging
    
    this packaging will generate the API documentation in various formats,
    providing multiple upstream tarballs in this same packaging
