    New upstream beta release, renamed to libkeduvocdocument
    
    * New upstream beta release, renamed to libkeduvocdocument
    * Fix watch urls for new release location.
    * Update Vcs urls for the new repository location.
    * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6, no changes needed.
    * Drop kdeedu-kvtml-data and libkeedu-data packages as the files were
      removed upstream
    * Drop build-depend on kdelibs5-dev
    * Build-depend on extra-cmake-modules, kio-dev, libkf5archive-dev,
      libkf5i18n-dev
    * Update the package descriptions for the library rename
