    use pam-auth-update to inject the pam into common-*
    
    this presently has gross issues as the module is loaded for TTYs which is
    somewhat undesired, even worse is that kwalletd fprints nonesense which
    shows up at login.
    not fine for landing right now. needs discussion upstream
