    Rip out ABIManager patch and versioning.
    
    * Rip out ABIManager patch and versioning.
      + KF5 based release had no ABI breakage yet so the symbols distrotion
        caused by the ABI manager is more useless than anything
      + The package is now CI'd by Kubuntu CI which means we'll be able to catch
        BIC before release making sure upstream does a so-version bump
