      initial packaging of libsignon-glib
      Fix sections and priority
      fix depends and descriptions for -dev and -dbg
      try to enable all the hardening options. Do they work?
      Remove complex rules for autogen.sh and dh_clean in favor of much simpler ones.

      remove pkg-config attribute that is never set. see https://gitlab.com/accounts-sso/libsignon-glib/issues/1
      lintian suggested a better solution for dealing with cleaning if there is no Makefile
      add symbols file
      make package name match the installed typelib.
      update gir1.2 package name to gir1.2-signon-1.0
      Check if we're installing everything.
      remove hopefully unused .la file as removing them is a goal for Debian.
      release to unstable
