    Revert "Bump python build dependency to python3.5 (Closes: #820186)."
    
    Unfortunately kdev-py 1.7.x does not support the libpython 3.5.x API :/
    
    This reverts commit 2497db95ba0c5e1efcce303b8aaecbe0fc0142b1.
