[pkg-kolab] Installing kolabd

I'm new to this, so perhaps I'm missing something obvious, but it seems to
me that there are several points where the README.Debian in the kolabd
package doesn't properly describe what is actually needed.

The most recent example I've stumbled across being section 5.1 of the
README.Debian.gz (from version 1.9.4dfsg-3 of the kolabd package):

kolabfilter unix - n n - - pipe
user=nobody flags=n argv=/usr/bin/php

(this is the subject of bug #347262 that I just managed to spam this list
with, sorry about that -- I only mention it here to illustrate my point)

The version of postfix in testing does not support the flags=n flag. Only
the kolab-patched one does. Despite that, the README suggests this, and
doesn't mention that you have to do anything special to make it work.

Is this because there's a more up to date version of the README that I
should be working from, or is it that people are installing these packages
from SVN, say -- or is it just that only kolab experts are playing with
these packages so far, and they don't have to read the READMEs?

Just wondering how anyone manages to get this stuff working. ;-)

BTW, the reason I'm doing this (and also why I'm doing things like
attempting to fix the kolab_bootstrap script) is that I intend to make a
recipe for automatically installing kolab, using these packages,
debian-installer, and the stuff here: http://hands.com/d-i/

Hopefully that will beat some of the wrinkles out of the READMEs (once I've
managed to actually get it working the first time, that is -- currently
postfix is annoying me by refusing to deliver any mail into kolab)

Cheers, Phil.
