[pkg-kolab] debconf for the kolab* packages

Why would you ask a question about the nobody user? Generate a long random 
string and use that ...

As a potential user who has after MANY tries given in and switched to the 
kolab projects openpkg distribution in combination with debians 'nullmailer' 
package (which is used for sending this email), I would strongly advise to go 
more automated during setup - if you want to attract users that are not 
kolab-masters already
