[pkg-kolab] Some documentation updated

Hi,

I'm happy to see some testers here. To ease the test, I have committed
part of my internal documentation here:
http://wiki.kolab.org/index.php/Debian_-_natively. The new part is
"Horde Installation" which is notes about horde config parameters. I
will also add some troubleshouting help.

Current areas needing test and probably patches are ClamAV plug and
slave configuration.

Feel free to edit all those pages.
