[pkg-kolab] Updated roundcube-kolab-plugins

Hi,

I made some updates to the roundcube-kolab-plugins repository on alioth. 

I'm personally using the package, but the packing install process is still a 
bit unpleasant. 

roundcube-kolab-plugins conflicts with with config files installed by roundcube, 
and the debconf prompts weren't triggered at a useful level.

Also I need to understand how dbcommon component handles sql upgrades,
those aren't installed correctly yet.
