[pkg-kolab] php 7 & python 3

Hello,

Debian is switching to php 7, so the kolab packages will need to be updated, I 
was wondering if you knew if there were any incompatibilities between the 
kolab bindings and php 7? (Or would they show up when building the bindings?)

Also for my own purposes I modified the libkolab & libkolabxml packages to 
build python3 packages in addition to the current python 2 packages. 

I was able to use python3 to query kolab objects, however to easily use kolab 
objects. It looks like most of the easier to use wrappers live in PyKolab, and 
that looks like it'd be more difficult to port to python 3.

What do you think about adding the python 3 binary packages to the kolab 
packages?
