[pkg-kolab] php 7 & python 3

Well we have to try and see - I have no insight into php7 support and the last 
months, there was no development on libkolab side.

Whoo cool - do you still have your tests? Because we can add them to adt and 
improve the package with automated tests. We will have to do that also for the 
php interface, because no software is using that right now and make at least 
sure that it works is nice.

I see no updates for libkolabxml ( did you forgot to pushed them)?
