[Pkg-lirc-maint] Import of pylirc / python-pylirc

        Hi there,

 I'm importing the Debian packaging bits done for Lirc's Python
 bindings, pyLirc, by the Elisa team into pkg-lirc on alioth.

 Aurélien was kind enough to add Arnaud Quette and myself to the team
 to maintain pyLirc with other Lirc related packages.

 I intend to set the maintainer to the Lirc team and Arnaud and myself
 as Uploaders.  Arnaud should be the primary maintainer (as I don't have
 the hardware), but I'll do the initial cleanup of the packages.
