[Pkg-ltsp-devel] man pages

i put a little work into getting some man pages for the ltsp packages,
and asciidoc seems the simplest choice to me (though requires a backport
for sarge- though backports.org asciidoc works fine).

this would require adding a build-depends on asciidoc (>= 7.0.0) and
xmlto, which pulls in a fair bit of extra stuff.

if that sounds acceptible to folks, i'll write up some man pages and
make a branch for it.
