i think it should be on by default, but be *possible* to not install
sound related software. hence "recommends". the down side is that if
installed with apt-get or aptitude --without-recommends (tasksel
behaviour), it won't get enabled unless they install the
ltsp-server-standalone..

we could set up some ltsp-build-client hooks that check if the
server-side sound package(s) are installed, and configure the chroot
accordingly.

i made a little improvement to the debian theme, and set it as the
alternative with highest priority. help with an even more improved theme
would still be much appreciated :)

it's duplicated information in two packages, but it's currently small
and i included it in the examples section of ltsp-server.
