i can see how much of the integration with various systems is a good
thing, and for some users a web interface is great...

so, maybe i'm the exeption in this case, but does anyone else have a
problem relying on a collaboration tool that is non-free software for a
free software project? it seems inconsistant.

but it's a little disconcerting to me. the practical concerns are that
we're not able to fix problems with the system, not able to recreate it
if for some reason it disappears... all the basic reasons i prefer to
work with free software.

i know, in the faq they say they are moving towards free software, but
it doesn't adequately explain why it's not free software already.
