Unfortunately not. The bug seems to get worse at all. So the frequency
how often the bug is triggered will grow and the bug is more bad than
without the patchs. With the patch the lvcreate will also freeze if the
old (etch) version is used. Without the patch only the version from
lenny and above will freeze, the version from etch will just issue a
error.

My test environment:
- - Vanilla kernel 2.6.28.10
- - cherry-picks of the given patches (five all together).
- - File systems all xfs on top of lvm on top of md devices.
