Apparently Busy Box bug 646284
Error messages match.
Since busybox was upgraded today, ran update-initramfs -k 3.0.0-2-686-pae -u
And the system did reboot normally.
So can close both of them.
Yes, I know, Sid is "unstable" but please test 'em before posting :-)
