Bug#760189: kpartx: systemd "NEWS" still in new version

Well. This has already been late, and has missed the Jessie stable release.

From the bug log, the last conversation in between me and Josh, we
concluded to simply drop the NEWS entry.
That got missed for Jessie. I'll do it soon, when I again look into
multipath-tools.

Meanwhile, any patches are welcomed.
